Important
1. Scope
This policy applies to product orders, storefront transactions, checkout flows, tenant sites, and commerce features operated through or supported by the service, unless a different return, cancellation, availability, or fulfillment policy is clearly shown at the time of purchase or agreed in writing.
If you operate a tenant site, storefront, or customer-facing commerce experience through the service, you are responsible for making your own product-specific policies, disclosures, shipping terms, return eligibility rules, taxes, warranties, and customer notices available to your customers where required.
2. Product availability
Product availability is not guaranteed. Although we and tenant storefront operators may try to keep product listings, inventory, prices, descriptions, images, shipping estimates, and availability accurate, some items may become unavailable, backordered, discontinued, delayed, incorrectly listed, restricted, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.
- A product listing does not guarantee that the item is in stock or available for immediate shipment.
- An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order; it does not guarantee acceptance, inventory allocation, shipment, or final fulfillment.
- Quantities may be limited, and orders may be reviewed for availability, payment verification, fraud prevention, compliance, and operational feasibility.
3. Order acceptance, changes, and cancellation
We and applicable storefront operators reserve the right to reject, cancel, limit, split, hold, or partially fulfill an order when an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an error appears in a listing or price, fraud or abuse is suspected, fulfillment is not commercially practical, or cancellation is needed to comply with law, payment-network rules, platform requirements, or safety and security obligations.
If an order is canceled after payment has already been collected, the canceled portion will be refunded to the original payment method where possible, unless another refund method is required or permitted by applicable law.
4. Unavailable items and partial fulfillment
If all or part of an order cannot be fulfilled because an item is unavailable, out of stock, discontinued, delayed, or otherwise unable to ship, the unavailable portion will not be charged, or, if payment has already been collected, the unavailable portion will be refunded.
- Available items in the same order may still be shipped or fulfilled separately unless the customer cancels the eligible portion of the order under applicable law or the posted policy.
- Shipping, tax, discount, promotional, and fee calculations may be adjusted to reflect the fulfilled portion of the order.
- Substitutions will be offered only where permitted and, when legally required, only with the customer consent needed for that substitution.
5. Shipping delays
If a shipping or delivery date is stated, orders should be shipped within the stated timeframe. If no shipping timeframe is stated, the order should be shipped within the timeframe required by applicable law.
For U.S. internet, mail, or telephone orders, sellers generally must have a reasonable basis for any promised shipping timeframe. If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, or beyond the legally required default period when no timeframe was promised, the customer will be notified when required and given the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected item for a refund.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted only according to the return policy shown at the time of purchase, the product page, the checkout flow, the order confirmation, or any written agreement that applies to the order. Return eligibility may depend on the product type, condition, timing, proof of purchase, packaging, use, damage, hygiene and safety requirements, and applicable law.
- Items may need to be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned with original packaging, accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase.
- Certain items may be final sale, non-returnable, custom-made, personalized, perishable, time-sensitive, digital, downloadable, opened, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise excluded where permitted by law.
- Return shipping costs, handling fees, restocking fees, and original shipping charges may be non-refundable if disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on the payment processor, bank, card network, fraud review, return inspection, and applicable law.
Refunds for unavailable, canceled, returned, or delayed items will be limited to the eligible amount actually paid for the affected item or order portion, including any tax, shipping, discount, fee, or promotional adjustment required by applicable law.
8. Customer responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, billing, and delivery information.
- Customers should review product descriptions, compatibility, sizing, delivery restrictions, return eligibility, and any final-sale or non-returnable disclosures before purchasing.
- Customers should inspect received items promptly and report missing, damaged, defective, incorrect, or delayed items within the timeframe stated in the applicable policy or required by law.
9. Tenant storefront responsibility
If a tenant, merchant, publisher, or workspace operator uses the service to sell products or operate a storefront, that operator is responsible for the accuracy of its product listings, inventory practices, pricing, taxes, shipping promises, fulfillment, substitutions, return rules, warranties, customer service, and legal compliance unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
We provide platform tools. We are not the merchant of record for tenant storefront transactions unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
